can't build junimo hut or shipping container

    hi, using a samsung a5, have v 1.4.5.145 installed, and now i can't create a junimo hut or shipping container. when i go to build them, it defaults to 'move buildings' each time, and won't let me place the new building. not sure if this is a new bug, as i haven't tried to build these items before on the samsung.
