Resolved Can't build buildings and hats won't show 1.4.2

Was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing but I cant build new buildings, every time I try to click the option "construct buildings" nothing happens.
Also while I was crafting clothes, whenever I make hats they don't show at all, its just an empty space in my inventory and when i hover over it, it says "beanie" or whatever hat i made.

I know this is a new update and that theres gonna be bugs but i just want to know if anyone else has this issue as well.

 

Sounds like you might be using or have used mods, try resetting your content files first.
