Can't break/place blocks underground?

I've been fine playing so far on the new update, but as soon as I get to a really low level underground suddenly i cant break or place anything, when I killed myself and respawned in my ship I could break things again, but when I went back underground it did the same thing. ):

 

Was it in a dungeon? There are areas that are protected. Usually for a mission, in which case you can never break those blocks, or in the case of dungeons on planets there's a room that you have to get open with a generator in it. Once that is turned off then blocks can be broken there.

 

I was just normally underground, I haven't played starbound in a while it could just be some sort of lag problem too, my computer isn't the best. Gunna give it a good restart and see what happens.

^ This is my bug report, you might want to comment that it's happening to you too. And my system's fairly strong, so I don't think it's just a performance issue with your computer.
