Bug/Issue Can't beam down on planets

Good evening, I'm having a problem with my new run. I can't beam down on planets, it just sends me back on my ship, and I don't know how to solve that problem. I've tried to unsubscribe all my mods, to reinstall the whole game but the problem is still there. Does anyone knows how can it be resolved?
I'm on windows 10 Home, I've tried both fullscreen and windowed mode.
