Bug/Issue cant access penguin shop

    I've been playing multiplayer with a friend and am all the way up to scan avians now and i can't access any of the shops or npcs that have been added along the way when i go to singleplayer. How do I get these shops on my single player game?

    Redo the dungeons / missions with sail.

    Same for me ... and I did the mission a second time... everything came back .. but not the license shop... :S

    Ugh I hope the license shop comes back otherwise ill only be able to buy licenses when online

    Penguin Bay (License shop) is unlocked with the floran mission.
    You can also try:
