Cannot use equipped techs

As the title states, i cannot use any of my equipped techs. Everything was working fine last night, and now this morning none of them work. Can't multijump, dash, or energy sphere. Already tried equipping different techs, as well as closing and restarting Starbound. Also tried going to numerous different planets, outposts, and missions. Nothing is making them work again. I've got 223 hours of playtime in starbound and I would love to continue playing, but it is near impossible without being able to use my techs...

Just noticed that my grappling hook doesn't work either. Bows still work. Playing on Windows 7, never had this problem before.
