Closed Cannot Use Diamond to Repair Pickaxe/Drill

    Title says it all. Right-clicked them together like two rabbits going at it, neither the diamond wanted to be consumed nor the tools wanted to go up in durability.

    Yea I am also having this issue with my diamond pickaxe and it's almost at the point of breaking

    Use diamonds (not ore)

    Fireball is right, but that being the case, the tooltip for diamond should say that it's used for reparing, instead of the ore.

    Or simply use copper ore or whatever you have a lot of.
