Cannot make coal

    i have been trying for a while and i cant seem to cook 10 logs into coal ... i have been trying on the furnace and the fire ... i hit cook ad nothing for the fire and on the stove there is nothing on the gui

    any help would be good

    ps used both normal and unstable .. same result

    Looks like it is not possible anymore. The furnaces / crucibles were changed to use recipes instead of just put items in and press smelt. No coal recipe.
    Should be like this at least since stable Upbeat Giraffe (Winter Update).
