Resolved Cannot complete quest bug

I am almost positive this is a bug.
I have a floran colonist in one of my rooms with a deed. She gave me a quest to build a new room with a weapons chest and 3 floran items in it plus a deed to get a Floran guard to move in. I followed these steps and a Floran guard moved in.
But I cannot complete the quest! It still is open like I didn't meet the requirements.
I thought maybe the floran items were not right so I removed the deed, placed more floran items, and replaced the deed so another guard moved in. Still no luck.
My game is not modded.

 

Is the room built in the same area as the quest giver?

Looks like tier 4. And it is my starter planet...so a forest?

 

OMG! I just reread the quest for I swear the 10th time....only to realize it was asking for AVIAN themed items not Floran. smh. I'm sorry please close this ^^;;;;;
