Can you select/drop one item at a time in your inventory?

    I know if you right click it will split your stack in half but I haven't been able to figure out how to place a single item. For example, if I wanted to only place one piece of coal in my fuel burner what would I click? I'm not sure how to explain myself, I'm sure somebody understand what I'm meaning.
