Can not change design theme of the site (Не могу сменить тему оформления сайта)

In English:
I have a problem
I can't change the design theme of the site after selecting the theme "halfway" because there is no row clicking on which opens the theme selection menu
How now to return the standard theme of the site?

У меня проблема
Я не могу изменить тему оформления сайта после выбора темы "Halfway", потому-что отсутствует строка, при нажатии на которую открывается меню выбора темы.
Как теперь вернуть стандартную тему сайта?
