Can No Longer Beam To My Home Planet

Greetings! I have been having a relatively easy time playing Starbound with mods so I started hosting a big server with lots of players, but out of the blue we suddenly found ourselves no longer able to teleport to our home planet. If players try to use the teleport, it takes crashes their game. And if you try to fly directly to the planet to telport down to it, it teleports you back to your ship instead.

I'm pretty sure it's a mod that's causing this, but I'd like to know which one and if I can delete it without ruining my ability to continue playing the game. Attached is my log file.
