Can any of the items in a Coop be removed? If so, what items? It looks like I need to buy/build a Coop in order to get some of the "Bundle" items (Eggs, Duck Feather, etc.). I not really interested in continuing my animal maintenance after I get them and I like to use the Coop to "house" my Kegs and Jars. Thanks.
The integral parts of a coop-- the feeder trough, hay hopper, incubator (on the better coops) are part of the structure and not removable. But an otherwise empty coop has a pretty good amount of internal space for kegs and jars even so. It's not as space-efficient as a barn or even a shed, but in the older version of the game (pre-1.1 update) I used to use my coop for a crafting shed even with chickens inside it. Though you do wind up having to fish eggs from behind preserve jars a lot.
You could just sell the chickens and get rid of the coop at a later date. Of course you can pick up any items your drop there, like kegs or preserve jars, but be sure to get them out before you have the coop demolished.
