Can’t find Esther in Frackin Universe

    I’m playing with mods for the first time and everything has been working fine but on the Mysterious Messages quest I’ve got to the outpost and there is no Esther. To the far right it just dead ends at the dumpster and tent area. Is Esther supposed to be there? If not, what is the source of the messages?

    Dumster? Tent area? I am not sure there is that kind of place in the outpost.
