take your time.. figuring out movement patterns and animating, respriting from scratch is a lot of work and complicated.. seeing your progress and ideas is pretty great.. hope you're having fun with it.. the okami dog looks really nice!

 

It would be really awesome if you could do Misty. I really love all of the designs you've put out so far, they look really good.

ETA: My daughter insisted on saying something to you about Neko Atsume art also. She loves that game.

 

Current progress with the side view. Still some things with it that I need to figure out.

Glad she likes it. I only discovered about Neko Atsume not that long ago because someone made a request for it.

Also Okami was one of my favorite games back in the day. I think I've beaten it 3 times.

I am having fun with it, but as you said it's complicated work.
With the cats I still used the original sprites as a base. But with this doing everything from scratch is a nightmare.

 

Is there any chance you could make Conductor Whiskers? That's my wife's favorite.

 

I'll bump it up on the list of things to do once I finish my current project.

Finished the walking animations. Though I might go back later to fix a few inconsistencies.
Had to remove the feathery hair on the back legs cause I had trouble keeping it consistent through certain frames.

I'm hoping to finish this before or by the end of the week.

 

Is the rare cat a retexture for an existing rarecrow or is it new entirely?

 

You mean Bob the Cat? it's completely done from scratch.

 

How do you acquire it? I'd like more rarecrows

If so then no I just replaced the regular one with that. I didn't add to the available ones you can acquire.
