Closed Buyed the game and a typo on email....

    Hi, i've buyed the pre order game but i introduced wrongly the email (typo), so the instructions were not sent to the correct email address, i need some help to solve this issue, since it's already purchased.

    You will have to contact Humble Bundle.
    Chucklefish does the Pre Orders over them so you will have to contact their support.

    Well as long as you can give a proof of purchase it should be fine.

    Ahh, that's the problem. I don't think people actually screenshot their pre-ordering.
  6. People should at least write down their confirmation number; that's what it's there for. :p (Though services like PayPal should also list it on your account page.)

    We have other ways to confirm whether or not you purchased it. For instance, I recently confirmed a purchase through IP used. But I'd rather things like that be a last resort, of course, because it's only circumstantial evidence.
