Bugged Ship

So, I made a starbound server and my friends and I have been playing on it for a good bit now. Everything was going fine we had no problems. Then I beamed up to my ship to find it completely destroyed, and by destroyed I mean the way you find it when you very first start. I've tried doing /reload but it didn't do anything. I've looked everywhere for a solution and couldn't find one. I can't even beam down to the planet I'm orbiting, I have to go to the dreadwing mission and beam up to a party members ship. My S.A.I.L is also in sleep mode. I'm very confused. Please help.
