Bug while recollecting forage items.

I've experienced while recollecting forage items some of them to just dissapear, i think is because you already had that forage but in other quality, and you already had full inventory? I would like to see that fixed, it's pretty confusing. Have anyone else seen this?

 

Ive had this happen both with and without full inventory. When this has happened to me the item looks to be picked up but the icon on screen changes to something like copper ore shard things or a bomb or something it for sure wasn't and couldn't have been. It hasn't happened often, but even just recently this did happen.

 

I've noticed this twice with Frozen Tears suddenly turning into Stone (of all things!) when being picked up
