Bug when starbound launch

Hello, my starbound keep crashing after chucklefish logo appear, i try to delete starbound folder and instale it again, i remove all mods i had, i use the steam folders correction and i also reset the unverse folder and the player folder.
don't know what to do next so i ask if somebody got some tips or idear to make my starbound work, thx ^^

Copy/pasting this from the Starbound discord, but it looks like you need to run the game in administrator mode. The game crashes before anything can load, so typically running it in admin mode fixes the problem.

To run the game in Administrator Mode:
- Go to the directory where your starbound.exe is located. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win64
- Alternatively, if you use the 32 bit version, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win32
- Right click starbound.exe
- Click Properties at the bottom of the menu
- Go to the Compatibility tab
- Check the option Run this program as an administrator
- Click Apply
- Click Ok
- Run the game through your Steam library or the Steam shortcut placed on your desktop
- If you get a prompt asking to allow changes from an unknown publisher, click yes. This is the game asking to be ran as an administrator
