Bug tracker

With all respect,
I've came to this forum with higher expectations.
The clarity of the "sections" is terrible. There is too little specification on what the threads are intended to be. I thought that an active bug tracker already exists since the devs have been showing off their interaction with the community, yet I can't find it...

If anyone could point the way I'd be greatful. Do I post the game-breaking\mechanics bugs somewhere around here? Or should I write a suggestion "fix the game" (not to look obsessive).

I'd like to be able to post glitches I found for the right people to see and fix. I truly belive that mods go through every post and read what people got to say.
