Closed Bug? Closing door w/ monster walking through teleports monster to roof

I closed the wooden door of my hut while a monster was walking through it and the monster was teleported to the roof. Not really sure where to post something like this, as I don't know if it's a bug or not, and I can;t even find a bug report forum... Seems people are posting bug reports here anyway even though it says this forum is only for pre-order assistance...
