We already have a race of bird-people just waiting to open bug-related museum exhibits, and monkey people whom I am sure would love to be train porters (and wow has the racial-undertones of that particular image never sunk-in until now, what the hell, Nintendo?) and heck, we even have Space Trains and Space villages, and very likely fishing, so all we need are abusively exorbitant house loans and Space Animal Crossing will basically be upon us.

And it will be glorious.

 

Now we just have to wait until you have an annoying neighbour in Starbound
