Ah, somebody remembers the Demented Cartoon Movie. I wasn't intending to make it resemble Zeeky H Bomb- though I considered making a Zeeky H Bomb variant (though it would be a bit excessive in power).
about that demented cartoon movie: Zeeky also makes an appearance as a character for MUGEN. go figure.
