When I type my IP into the address bar (to access router settings apperently) it the stupid thing wants me to log in with some unknown bloody user name and password. I am so ready to put a bullet into this dumb thing.

OK I think I found how it works via wirelessly (similar I think) first you need to log into your router. What brand and model number is your wireless router? (check the router for something like "for advanced device configuration go to http:// (ip address)

Nope, still broken. It just gave me the log in screen to troll me, then went back to being stupid.

 

Tide is not really what would hurt us though, it would be the waves acting like a tide.
The moon in regards to waves barely does anything, it would be like 1 inch maximum waves if the only force was the moon.

The major factor in waves is wind.
The moon stabalizes the rotation of the earth, slowing down the winds greatly.
If the moon was destroyed, the rotation could end up speeding up, and that would greatly increase movement in the air aka wind.

Thus, bigger waves. I would say an area that gets on usual 3-4 ft waves would jump easily to 16-20 ft.
