Broken Game Help

I have been playing starbound stable and I was looking at star systems when I saw a black one with no information except for that it was undiscovered and if I clicked on it it would freeze the nav computer. if I exited and opened it up again it unfroze and worked again but when I jumped to the system I got there and my nav computer broke. it is blank and shows nothing except the name and the bookmark buttons but those don't do anything. I have restarted the game and my computer, and I saw someone with a similar problem and they said deleting their universe.chunks file fixed this problem and when I tried it nothing changed. Please help! Also im not able to attach my log from the universe folder in the storage folder im not sure if thats the right log or no lol.
