Bug/Issue Bounty Board Issues post File Transfer

I have recently transferred files from an alternate computer AFTER the bounty update and while in the middle of the rank 2 bounty quests. I did lose my bookmarks and bounty quests that I had prior to the transfer. I did move every file in the correct character logs in the Steamapps folder. Is there a line of code or specific thing I need to change to get this to work?

When I go back to the bounty board, it loads but acts like I have all current quests although they are not in my quest log and none appear in the completed log besides the very first bounty quest, specifically "Rookie Assignment."

If I need to supply my file or any pictures, please let me know.
