Modding Help Bounty board bug: all outlaws with same hat

I play modded Starbound, all mods are in my collection here: here: https://steamcommunity.com/id/spiritsintertwined/myworkshopfiles/?section=collections

I have a strange bug where all humanoid outlaws (monsters are not affected) are wearing the same giant bow. Not only on the bounty board, but also while encountering them on the missions. Completing or abandoning missions simply generates new bounties with the same bow problem. They were wearing it ever since the first mission, so the problem was there from the start.

Which mod could be causing this issue? And how can I fix it?

That is actually the way it is supposed to be. The outlaws are part of the "Precious" Danger Company. Outlaws of the same affiliation all wear the same type of hat and their groups' name is related to the selected hat. In this case, the big bow is "Precious" (Opinions may vary).
