    I hope they impliment this

    and the bigger the boobs get, the harder it is to run, and the more chronic back problems in the game.

    Honestly I don't understand why having the option to change sizes on your character is a bad thing. Big head was a cheat in many games for a couple of reasons. It's hilarious and makes for a nice target.
    I mean this one's a couple of pixels which would be used to feed a pixel baby. So what?

    Probably no height slider.. Or else doors wouldn't work with there unimax size of NPC/PC blocks (2?)
