A friend came up with a nice suggestion. Biome specific tenants should have a rare chance to reward you with a blueprint or piece of clothing from their corresponding biome. For example the oasis tenant should have a chance to give you a reed hat or reed shelf blueprint when you collect the rent. That would be a great alternative to get biome specific items, for people who aren't much into exploring or got tired of it. It would also give more motivation to build a colony with different types of tenants.
