Closed Beta Key Question

I'm confused. He said he has two keys, but I only have one key on my humble key page... :O

 

On purchase you are promised 2 things.
Beta key, which I assume is a direct download to get into the beta.
And a Steam key, so that you can connect the game to steam when it's added to their list and you don't have to repurchase for steam.

Pre-order gives you beta access

 

errrrm step 1 get email with steam key step 2 type in soooo fast that you dinnt type it in right step 3 wait a year for it to download step 4 first time istallation (another year gone) steap 5 play the game YAY step 6 crashes evry 10 mins step 7 if it works : play and then get killed on firs day due to no game manaul yet :if dosent work shout anry posts demanding moneyz back

Will the beta be run through steam or will it be a separate thing?

Damn Steam and its despicable 1$ = 1€ policy, it's costing us a lot in the long term...

 

But beta isn't even out yet. (I pre-ordered. I'm not dumb.)

 

It's not Steam. It's the American devs/publishers that don't understand exchange rates. Steam divides the world into regions and has the dev/publisher set prices for each region.

To clarify all this here:
1. The Beta isn't out yet
2. The key will be on your Humble page when the Beta/full game is released
3. The Beta will probably be on Steam, read some of the threads regarding if it will be on Steam.
