For those of you having trouble, maybe this will help: I got my key download by going to the product page for the Humble Store. There was a notification at the top to "Claim Last Purchases", one of which was listed as "Risk of Rain Kickstarter Tier 2", so all I had to do was confirm that I wanted to claim it with my account and the beta popped up on my list of products. I was a Kickstarter purchaser so I'm not sure if it'll work for everyone, but it's something to try while you're waiting.

Same for me, no unclaimed purchases on Humble. Got my email from Amazon about the payment (through KS) Wed at 11:48am EST.
