Bed Regen Question

I'm curious in Stabound about the beds. As you should know, you regen health in them. Although, does the type of bed make you regen health faster, or are they all the same? If this isn't already in the game, I would hope to see different beds vary in how fast you regen health in the future.

 

Don't take my word for this, but I am pretty sure that the rarer the materials needed to make the bed, the more you regen. But like I said, I'm not even one hundred percent sure.

 

That is a good question, I never thought about if different beds make you regen faster.

I think tents should make you regen faster since it's the "on the go" bed. It makes sense to keep a tent in your inventory when you're out and about on a planet.

 

At the moment, it does not seem different beds provide different rates of regen. I would as well like to see beds made of higher tech materials cause the player to regenerate faster.

 

Currently, the only bed that provides more than the standard regen is *I think* the torture bed.
And by "provides more", I mean something ridiculously small like .3hp over the other regen rates.

 

There are definitely beds that increase your regen over other beds. Best ones I've found for regen are the Apex torture bed and the Avian sacrificial altar. Also, you can place objects on the altar for extra storage space, while still being able to somehow sleep on it, so that's a plus.

 

digging through the object files, the tier beds all offer the same regen, 0.02.

The Apex torture bed offers 0.05, as does the Avian Sacrificial Altar.

more or less all the beds heal the same except for like 2 of them . i hope they change it soon so it makes more sense to us
