beaming to a friends ship while on the friends ship will not materialize you

    You can beam to other's ships o.o?

    Edit: What does your title even mean? "Beaming to a Friend's ship on a friend's ship"?
    I assume you mean another friends?

    To clarify - If you are on a party members ship, and try to re-beam to the same party members ship, you will just vanish. The current work around I have found is to beam down to the planet, then you can move/beam/etc again.
