Nah, I think Scootaloo has a crippling attraction to Dash, and Dash, being herself, manipulates a small child without thinking of the consequences. Totally not that

 

Dash's just trying to break Scoot's otherwise crippling hero worship. When she isn't tricked so easily, the job will be done.

Of course, whether Scoot still thinks of Dash positively at all after that is not certain, but still.

How many ages are we talking? We're on episode 21 of Season 4, I believe.

I was going to catch up last week since it was my spring break, but then anime happened.
