Future clarification: The server is the only thing that isn't displayed to the public. BBTS members (and to-be) can get the IP from a PM or Discord. I won't distribute here.

Currently, the IP is unavailable because my ports are broken. We're using Evolve for now to temporarily bypass this.

But yeah. If you set up Evolve ahead of time, PM me your Evolve username on Discord (easier to track) so I can send the appropriate requests.
Same goes for all. And if you can't find the obvious name, it's the only blue one.

 

Okay, just to make use of a list that was made earlier this month, I'll be giving away a game soon. On January first, in fact.
That's right people, a free game.
How to enter:
1 - Be a currently existing member of BBTS - I'm not too picky on this, so having asked to join before I post this is sufficient. After is too late and you'll have to wait for the next one. Yes, there'll be more later.
AND
2 - Post something sometime between a week ago and when the contest ends. This means everyone who has posted in the last week are automatically signed up!

The winner, who will be determined by a list of usernames and either random.org or a roll of my dice, will get to pick a game off of the Sparksol section of the list over here.
One entry per person. Taxes shouldn't enter into it, but any taxes are all your own responsibility. I make no guarantees that the game will be good, or that it'll work on your computer, or whether or not you like games.

No editing my list, by the way. I'm not going to go buy a key for a game that someone else put on my list, I don't have the cash.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about doing giveaways! I won't enter this one (I probably have too many games to play as it is), but I wish everyone the best of luck with winning! I'll have to host a giveaway myself sometime.

Do you know if there's a way to temporarily lock the spreadsheet so it can't be edited? It would be good if we could do that in case of forum-wide giveaways.

 

Sure. Click the Share button (Or go to File -> Share) and click the advanced button. You can set it so people with the link (or anyone) can view it, but not edit it, and also set permission for specific people (by email address) to edit it (such as those of us who have games to give away.)

 

Okay, cool. I'll have to get email addresses (or google usernames or whatever), then. For now I'll just leave it open, though.
