I play a hylotyl because I can make spike out of them.

They're oriental, and very humble in their peaceful ways. I like them.

Zailiner's OC lives on, in another body.

I really hope they decide to have something like this as an option in a later game. Because, I mean, come on. That just looks amazing, doesn't it? I'm not the only one that thinks though, am I?
Still yet to find any. I did find a sandstone statue of one though.

They're pacifists that havedeveloped a way of zen. They were driven out of their homes because of floran infections. The player, as a hylotyl, isn't driven out, but rather, was sent out as a missionary to preach the ways of peace and harmony to the rest of the universe.

On second thought, florans are evil. Screw them.

Even if it never gets re-added to the main game, someone (or someones) could have the station as their ship and allow it to be used as such a thing. Also, I'm going to check out that "ship" right now. See just how it feels in-game.

  9. I hate Florans.
The only thing they say to me is "Floran like fish meat" or stuff like that, oh and of course the insults like slimefish etc.
    Stupid plants.

I once made a fanfic about the adventures of a floran, so I have to say that I cannot share your sentiment; maple leves is too amazing.

Unless there's a way added that allows the expansion of the player's ship, that just wouldn't be practical. Actually, even if there was, it still wouldn't, because then that player would have to be on constantly for other players to go there.

The Floran remind me of the Supox, and the Supox remind me of Broccoli, which is nice in a light cheese sauce.

Sadly true. If the active clan population stays large enough, and we get some extra funds, we may one day be able to get a clan mule account that could stay on with the server...but then we'd need to have a bot run it so it could add anyone who asks to their party so we could access said stationship....ugh. Nevermind. Too much effort, and we'd need a way to prevent certain types from setting up traps on teleport spots.

I'm going to be honest, I don't actually think I hate any races. (unless you call bandits a race, in which case screw those guys) I have my favorites and least favorites, but all of them have their little quirks and properties that I find very likable. For those who give a buck, this is my list:

    1. Avian: Birds that have taken a different evolutionary path and gained greater knowledge than their evolutionary cousins, but through which have lost their wings. I'm not too fond of their obsession with Kluex, (I actually made that my reason for Cinder, my Avian character, leaving Avos) but I can overlook that due to the nature of their art and the appearance of their ingenuity. *pulls out a Brick on a Stick* Need I say more?
    2. Hylotl: Japanese themed aquatic race based on probably my favorite amphibian, the Axolotl, and what I assume to be the Zora from LoZ. There's quite a bit I like about them, but I don't know enough about them to truly know where they lie on my scale. However, they make Rice Balls. I mean, come on.
    3. Glitch: Honest. These artificially made robot being weren't initially very high on my list. Surprised. However, when I saw how the game played them out, I instantly loved them way more than I thought I would. Humorously. To top it all off, the way they talk make me laugh every time I speak with them. Conclusively. With their speech patterns and equipment set names, there's very little I dislike about them.
    4. Florans: Now we get into sketchy territory, because the bottom three in my list are actually very close to one another. However, these guys get kudos just for being so unique. I mean, sure, there have been mystical beings that take the form of plant life in mythology, but rarely are they an actual race, let alone carnivorous. On top of that, like I said a bit earlier, I really like the look of the weapons they make. Only a Floran can make a flower shield look cool.
    5. Humans: Us, only in the future. However, even however long in the future, we still find was to stick to our roots. Alien Hamburger anyone?
    6. Apex: They would be higher on my list, but to me they don't seem all that interesting. I really do like the concept that they put knowledge and technology above all else, I feel that way a lot too. However, they don't have any defining features that I can pull out from them, so until I can, here's where they'll rest for the time being. Also, never really got into Planet of the Apes, so that may also have something to do with it. Big Ape and the Beanstalk did make me laugh quite a bit though.

This list is subject to change as I read lorebooks in-game.
