Persona 4 Golden? Some people say that Soul Sacrifice is good. Same for Gravity Rush.
Ehh, I also own a Vita and even I can't find much to say about it. I don't think Sony themselves placed any highly hyped games for it at E3 2013. I just don't find it to have as many quality games as the 3DS. :/

 

Rayman Origin (11/10), Super Stardust, Little Big Planet, Gravity Rush, Project Diva F (only in Japan though), and it being "backward combatible" with tons of PS1 and PSP titles. I'm sure there are plenty o' more games.
