Just a thought I had, nothing much. Battle cries, something automatically said in local chat by PCs and NPCs when combat is initiated. Such as "LEEEEEERRRROOOOOOOOOOOYYYY!" or some such. Battle cries would happen randomly, not necessarily every time you start combat, and could be toggled on or off in the options menu, and seeing other players' battle cries could be toggle-able as well. They would be modifiable, because, who wants to shout the same thing over and over? There could also be a text limit, so that "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO" wasn't spammed. I just figured it would be a neat feature to have, especially in RP sessions. Having your character shout something like "Carai an Caldazar! Carai an Ellisande! An Ellisande!" or "It's time to toss the dice." would greatly help immersion.

"BANZIIIIIIII!!!!" "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!?" "I choose you!" "It's time to duel!" "Need... more souls!" "My blade hungers for blood." "you've got red on you." "Countless have perished in my wake you're just a number to me." "Allow my blade to sing you a symphony." yeah I can keep going with this xD
How would it work? Everytime you encounter an enemy? Would you hotkey it? Can I toggle it off for other players as well as myself? Honsetly it sounds like it would get annoying after the 10th time someone does it.
How about being able to get 10-15 of battle cries and every time one of them would be randomly selected? That would eliminate the annoyance of having the same one repeated over and over
I'm sorry but I just had to put indifferent. Made me think of Oracle turrent . NOW ON TOPIC! I love the idea, running into a fight yelling Leroy Jenkins has been my dream since I joined the interwebs as a wee boy. Only thing is, it would get annoying running into a fight with one animal. It just doesn't feel necessary unless your running into a crowd of your foes.
