    @Pilchenstein I've crafted several science tables, but when I place them they just disappear! Doesn't matter if I'm on my ship (with the extended ship mod if that matters) or on the surface of a planet! Anyone else experienced this problem?

    *Edit* - Maybe being a mod on my multiplayer server had something to do with it. I went to my singleplayer game and was able to place the science table with no problem.

    *Edit 2* - Turned out I just had to upload the mods files to my server (I use the "official" multiplay servers). After doing that I have no more problems! =D

    Just curious cause I can't seem to find a way.

    Is there anyway to convert large buildings without doing it section by section? Like say if I wanted to move an avian tower onto a glitch castle?

    @Pilchenstein I love your mod! Is there anyway the scanner/printer can be used on a multiplayer server that does not have the mod uploaded? Say by altering config files of vanilla assets, or do the custom scripts make that impossible?

    This is pretty interesting. Almost need something in reverse. Build something, Pick an area and poof, now its a plan. Take it somewhere else, deploy. Instant move! Or stick in the 3d printer, and make your own self-build modules.

    Edit: Oh Wait. Looks like it already does that..

    We didn't put any upper limit on size, so if the scanner won't handle things past a certain size it's probably an issue with loaded chunks and not something we can work around. Sorry.
    No, I don't think there's any way to use the mod on a server unless that server has the mod installed.

    Loving this mod! But I would really love to be able to copy a building, instead of moving it.

    Any chance you can offer a scanning option that leaves the original in place? Be great for adding floors to my tower :)

    If yo udon't have time, is there perhaps a "simple" way of commenting out some code to stop the destroying process during the scan?

    So how can we save the structure we scan in. B/c when i use the scanner it deletes the building and i can only place it one time.

    Sorry, worded it wrong. What I meant was the wiring doesn't reach after a certain point, could there be a way to extend it like scanners having inputs and outputs so multiple scanners can be connected for bigger range?

    I haven't checked since the latest patch but this sounds like a display issue. The wire is only drawn if the mid point is on screen, so once it passes a certain length it doesn't show up anymore - it should still work if you click to connect it (but it'll only be visible when you're near the center of the wire). Chaining multiple scanners together isn't something we did because there was an issue where wires that crossed chunks were disconnected when those chunks unloaded, though I believe that should be fixed by now.

    You can see what I mean about the mid point of the wire in this video:

    Amazing mod, its the best one for me!

    I have one or two issues. Would it be possible to ask for a name or at all name the printout?
    After i have a couple, its really hard to make out which is which.

    A weird thing i came across was when i tried to scan an Avian UFO. I was never able to place it down again because it was just too big, larger than what i had scanned.

    Great work and hope to see more amazing things from you in future.

    There's currently no way to change the name of an item as you create it, at least not that I've been able to find - I did try to have the description say "<x> by <y> building of <most common block>". Not sure what's causing the second issue, if you can figure out how to reproduce the issue I'll take a look.

    So, moved a Glitch castle and it worked well. It was one of the larger ones so i had to do it twice cause the wires dont have the reach to do it in one go.

    Couldnt u make diferent colours for the printouts acording to the number of blocks? Like from tiny to huge.

    One more thing, is it possible to scan a building and then instead of printing, just dumping the blocks on the ground?

    Oh, and another. :)
    I have been using the medical tank as a replacement for the high tech tent. I carry it all over with me.

    While it doesn't get updated, you can use it by editing all the .modinfo files and replacing the version line with:
    "version" : "Beta v. Enraged Koala",
