Angry Koala is the Beta version.
I cannot seem to get this Mod to work. I've watched the tutorial video a few times, and I am not having any trouble with any other mod. I'm In the Angry Koala version. I've remade the durasteel and Mk3 tech upgrades and used them and the scientific crafting table simply doesnt show up.
When you say you're not having trouble with any other mod, do you mean they're all working fine or you just don't have any other mods? If you do have other mods, try disabling them and see if that helps - if you have any mods that replace player.config instead of merging with it, they will stop my mod from functioning if the game loads them after mine.
Oh man. I feel like a total spaz. I was looking at my mod folder and realized that I could find this mod. I apparently made a folder in the steam file instead of the mod folder! Oh gosh. I am so sorry! Your mod i beautiful and works perfectly! I am such a space cadet!
Hehe, glad to hear you got it working. =]
In other news, here's another great video showcase, this time from @Pedguin.
any way of making a simple copy function? not the breaking into pieces and putting in box? but just putting a copy in a new box? there was a copy mod out there but it didnt work so this one is closest to working i guess.. and this one looks cool when scanning
Yes, please! It would be so awesome if I could design one floor and duplicate it up (or even down).
A user complained that it was preventing him from using T2 Starmap. This was the dialog.
So the issue is he kills the ufo, crafts and uses the upgrade and then can't see the robot parts?
Will ask for further information, when he comes onto teamspeak.
Ok, I just made a new character, using only my mod and after beating the ufo I had access to the robot parts. So if that's the problem he was having, it's not my mod causing it.
Is there a way to make the modules generate without the steps on each end? So you can just put them together side to side at the doors?
That was something I was going to make possible with the initial version, but due to it using the same code as the scanner now it's not currently possible. I'll look into it though because I did intend for them to work like the base in this video:
That would be great, about the only way I can think about improving it, it's a wonderful mod as is otherwise.
I am getting a problem when I try to use Starbound Mod Manager to add this mod, all I get when I try to add it is
Am I doing something wrong or is it the mod or mod loader?
I had no idea the mod loader even existed, but my guess would be it expects every .modinfo file to list the asset path as the same folder the .modinfo was found in, which mine doesn't - it's compartmentalised. You got a link to the asset loader? I'll get in touch with them and see what's up.
Cheers, I've sent him a message to let him know. For the record, there's nothing "incorrect" about the folder structure and/or asset paths in my mod, I'm guessing he just didn't expect anyone to be as awkward as I am. =]
Glad to help, I was kinda surprised when no one else seemed to have spot this yet.....
Any luck with the mod loader dev?
