Human apex and other species that have hair need a barber shop in towns and a spawner. why? Because . Also it would be cool to be able to steel or to find a set of hair dyes and tools so that you could cut your hair yourself On a very unrelated note I thought this was a kids game
Not only does the game not let you adjust your character appearance but apparently the third-party editors don't either. It's very strange.
Sorry for being a necromancer - but a barber would be awesome! Especially when using that hair-pack mod that adds a whole plethora of new hairstyles!
