Bug/Issue Avians still speak with their eyes

This has been the case for a really long time and now that starbound is officially released it would be nice if this bug were resolved once and for all. I know it seems minor, but it makes it really difficult to play an avian for me. Tonauac certainly doesn't speak with his eyes, so it isn't just a feature of avians that their eyes are actually horrifying maws, but I keep getting that unnerving impression whenever I play as or talk to one. I would be deeply grateful if this could be resolved, even just removing the eyetwitch if there isn't any open beak art assets yet. Thank you.
