Avian Cloning Animation (from Rho)

If you ask me, tadpoles turning into frogs and caterpillars turning into butterflies is WAY scarier.

But actually it's not scary at all, it's SCIENCE!

 

They look adorable. I will make an avian just so I can be cloned. Judging by their looks it seems the Avians are hyper evolved chickens chickens are neat c:

 

Can everybody stop saying the word "chicken"? Really, it's making me so hungry right now
I'd eat a whole avian village if I could. My psychopathic side is acting up again...

 

Actually it's "Science Fiction".

I like the animation.
Fits the game very well imo.

I get so sick of people saying that.

No, sucks to wait for a game for 5 months just to find out you respawn as a baby chick, thus killing the manlyness of any Avian.

I love how the majority of the people who quoted that post of mine acted like I said:

"OMG THAT IZ ******************************ING SO DUMB TAKE IT OUT NAIO OR I AM NOT GIVING MAI MONIEZ!"

I was not all freaking out or being overly negitave, or anything like that.

I was really was just calmly saying that I dislike this, and I will now, once again, bring up the fact that a toogle option would be nice.

 

Still, it's a yellow chick, which indicates that it's male.

 

Wonder if it kills yer manlyness to know you started off as a cute and chubby baby...

 

Oh yes, and I suppose that you were offended that men can cook in this game because that's a woman's role and men should never even consider anything so feminine. No, that's ridiculous and you need to calm down and think rationally. They're birds, what the hell do you think they spend their infancy as? Furthermore, how does that even effect how manly your character would be anyway? You cried every several minutes as a baby unless you were constantly tended too, does that make you less manly in the present day?

Stop looking for things to complain about.

Besides, Rho stated that it's possible to swap the animations anyway, I guarantee you that as soon as it's possible to mod the game someone will release a mod that makes all races use the human respawn animation.

 

It's kind of too slow, maybe?

 

I bet the cloning machine uses some of that 'advanced technology' that the Avians have.

Seriously, the part where the chick is just hopping around is adorable.

 

Soo, you know every single guy in the world and you have asked their opinion on the respawn animation for Avians and it seems that all of them agree? And that only girls will find it cute? You are overreacting.

 

If you're concerned with "manlyness" that much in this game featuring colorful fish people, penguin kings, and random monster generation that can create monsters ranging from cute flying bunnies to a big pink platypus, then I think you should look for a different game.

 

Anyway, let's not have a big discussion about what is 'manly'. It's OK to dislike something, but considering most people here seem to like the animation, it's unlikely to change. I guess if you don't like it, you'll just have to endure those few seconds of chickhood every time you die. I guess it could be an incentive not to die.
At least you aren't fully grown immediately after hatching, that would be ridiculous.

 

You actually have a good point here.
To be honest this game has gone from being Terraria x1000 epicness, to becoming almost a silly joke.

Some random monsters will be wearing speedos... Infact, all humans wear speedos too. Oh, and did I mention that the respawning is a joke? For some reason humanoid birds hatch from eggs, turn into a chick, and then magicly morph into that humanoid bird I mentioned earlier.

Oh well, if it gets to bad I can just choose not to buy it.

Devs, plz stop making this game silly.

 

Let me choose for you: Don't buy it. Give us all a break for your annoying complaints.
You just keep saying over and over "I won't buy because blah blah blah", JUST DON'T BUY IT.
If you want something serious go get a lawyer's degree. Games are for fun and for enjoying yourself, if this game doesn't seem right to you, you are looking in the wrong place and you should go find a different game to suit your personal tastes.

 

It was never a serious game in the first place. What gave that impression?
