Come to think of it, an actual Mr. Fusion Home Energy Reactor would be one heck of mod! A little furnace-like thing that you feed plants, wood, and other clutter and make starship fuel out of it. Great Scott!

 

I'm a bit curious - the avali chest - the small vertical ones - They have no sprites on my end, is it just me or is it for everyone?

The end of the Matter Manipulator is where the chest is placed.

 

I'm getting that too, now that you mention it. Had one placed in my character's room and completely forgot about it, can't even say when exactly it disappeared. But when I clicked on where it was, yep, still there, just invisible. For whatever reason.

The chest is where my cursor is.

So I updated the Catalina Industries mod to work with Pleased Giraffe, but the original mod author set it so that I can't distribute it. Is there any way I could try and get in contact with her? She seems to have gone MIA...

 

Didn't Marxon say he'd contact the author and ask her to change the permissions?

 

He mentioned knowing her, but I don't remember if he was going to contact her.

Regardless of the Catalina Industries update and contacting the author, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help with the scripting required for making a gun-drone style creature.

 

Acidrica expressed interest in work on a maintenance drone pet a couple pages back, perhaps there could be some overlap there?

 

Regarding the Catalina Industries, I've been pondering on releasing my unofficial update on it including the tail tip, wing tip dyes(still working on them one by one, to see if they're working properly), as well as an updated Catalina Printer Animation o:
But I'm kind of iffy about releasing it without the author's consent.

I guess I should put it up and take it down if the author requests me to take it down .=.

 

Nope. You shouldn't put it up at all. The whole "If they tell me to take it down..." is backwards logic.

I might attempt to strip down bird ai and paste in captured monster ai and see how long it takes to get a following bird... then sprite a drone thing, then animate it then...
