Sounds like you didn't remove the old version. Delete the folder and reinstall.

...Just tried and found that it worked.... and theirs nothing avali around.... might help if I actually redownloaded the contents i just deleted.

idon't have any mods that affect spawn rates for villages. soi'll try looking on a few more planets. mostly ice stars for an increased chance of maybe an Avali settlement.

 

I cant dye my hammock when I go to the dye station it says ''I can dye this item''
Fix please in the official mod you could dye the hammock now I don't know why I cant dye it

 

You're using the patch, right? I'll take a look at it.
Edit: You should be able to dye the hammock, it's in the whitelisted items.

 

Call me daft, but I'm trying to get an Avali farm running, but I didn't spawn with the seeds as I did in old versions. Don't tell me I have to hunt down an Avali merchant to get our food seeds :c

 

Nope. U can get them at the Terramart at the Outpost

 

Oh huh. I wasn't aware they had changed from their original names; I noticed the Terramart only sold a handful of seeds and the rest was food materials and didn't think I could plant these. I gotta keep up on this stuff :/

 

SAIL crashes my game after upgrading, any thoughts?

EDIT: Okay, now it's just crashing with this error message in the log:

try removing the mod completely from the mods folder and re installing it again. :/ that's all i can suggest

 

According to my guessing skills, the upgrade tried to place a block that doesn't exist. The shipworld files use colors that are keyed to a block, and someone effed up.

This is of course, guesswork.

 

Except the shipworld files haven't changed at all since they were first introduced.

 

Maybe a mod conflict?

 

fevix thanks for unofficial updates are you planing avali pet and some tools like pickaxe or maybe mining laser ?

 

We want an avali pet, but no one has stepped up yet. As for the pick axe/mining laser, no idea. Maybe I could make a aerogel and dark steel pick axe. That in my head sounds awesome and do-able.

 

the laser thingy would be fairly easy to do too, but i have used the vanilla mining laser and it's underpowered and breaks really quick, so i guess it'd need re-balancing
as for the mechanics, if we do introduce the crystals we can make the laser use a crystal as a focus lens

We need to put actual pictures of the avali up on the main page; it's deterring new folks from downloading the mod.

I would know, my friend was still confused as to what they looked like after 3 days of not knowing until I linked him the wiki.
