Say, what are the higher tier ships like? I really love my ship as it is, but im really curious as well...

 

You can see them in the folder, under SHips. ALl the PNG files there are what the ship looks like ingame.

They're structured after the Human ship, if that's more what you were asking.

 

aww... always disliked the human ship design... its like they re stacking oil cans one on another... still, thank you very much for the work you put in this mod, my friend finally plays again! (she just wouldnt without her avali)

Edit: wow what, that looks just badass! that ship has nothing to do with the hoomans! well it does... but just done right.

Still haven't had much luck finding an avali village

 

One way around this problem would be to create an avali outpost. Craft an item to receive a mission quest to get access via the SAIL.

 

It's not even any other settlements at all. just ONE apex village. no floran, USCM or anything just one... Apex village

 

Form me it's always avian settlements

 

i just get dungeons but i'm useing fracken univrse so theres that.

 

Because nobody seems to understand what's going on...
For some reason, using FrackinUniverse seems to mess with the dungeon spawning algorithms.
Neither myself nor Sayter (FrackinUniverse's creator) know why, and as such, for the time being, the avali settlements cannot spawn while FrackinUniverse is installed.

Does this happen too with mods like "mysterious stars" and "starbound side stories"?
I don't have FU, but I have yet to find an avali settlements

 

Possibly. I'm not entirely sure.

The issue with FU causing Avali dungeons not to spawn has been fixed.
I'll be rolling this out as an update in a few minutes. Please inform me if this breaks anything else.

erm... I think the 1.3 update may be causing game crashes? at least mine now is...

 

Can you send in your starbound.log file?\

I always do a bit of testing before releasing the mod (That's what the "shhh" picture was all about, I was testing that they were all properly paintable in all colors, then realized that'd make a great teaser image) so I know the game runs properly.

 

I'm an idiot... How do i do that?

 

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\giraffe_storage and send me the "starbound.log" found there. (If you've run the game since reporting this, please run it again to make it crash)
What sort of screens pop up when it crashes?
