also, if Raieth is back, does that mean we might see more stuff added similar to the catalina industries content? cause seriously, that stuff was the shiz. i love me some sniper goggles.

 

S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl is the game im referencing, In a place you need to quest a lot, there is a solder that has one line that repeats every time you walk by "get out of here Stalker" so it became a meme, and the Cheeki breeki meme is from all the S.T.A.L.K.E.R games, look them up on Know your meme

 

Very nice mod from the..... 4 hours I've spent on it so far. Only complaint is that the Avali flag doesn't let me set a TP point like other flags do. Not a huge deal, but surely if other races can turn fabric and wooden pole into a warp point the Avali should be able to do the same with their flag display ;3

EDIT: Oh wait I found the problem. There's only 1 square on the model I can interact with to make it function. And it pivots on that square too, so to break it I have to break that particular square. Hm, inconvenient but otherwise there's no more problem.

 

I agree! Catalina Industries was one of the first and best Avali side-addons!

Solid, non fabric-y things are made at the nanolathe. Flexible fabric-y stuff is made at the nanoloom.

...Can we please keep this topic based around Avali and the mod, rather than posting shitty memes? They don't contribute to the topic, or any discussion, and just serve to make it harder for actual, important ideas to be put up and discussed.

Cannot craft the Nanotube cables
Avalicable.recipe does not exist, however the item itself does, i've modded my version to include it and can explain how if people want.

Not a bug. Avali cables are holdovers from when @RyuujinZERO controlled the mod, and are currently unfinished (as you can tell from the fact that most of the .png is one of the vanilla platforms).
They haven't been finished because nobody's taken an interest in them, and Ryuu may have another idea for how they should look.

 

I think this could be my chance here at a suggestion buuut, no. Not feelin' the creative sparks.

 

I was thinking about the mech design actually. looking at some of the ships i think i might have an idea but it's hard to explain and i'm not much of a concept artist. also i was thinking of looking into how some of the mechs from the XS mechs mod worked to see if i could do anything fun with it.
