interesting, it actually looks pretty good with the cloak. maybe make the eye a little smaller? that way you can have more of the head fluff.

It doesn't really solve the reason you're trying it though - the main game uses heads 2/5-1/3 the size of the whole character, so you need more space for emotions and facial features.

 

Anyway - last experiment for the night. I'm playing with ideas here, don't worry yourselves any of this will stick



Also remember, greater head scale means greater pixels available for helmets, like higher res goggles
