Outdated Avali Race Mod 0.12.4

No aimable claws, looks better when they are held at the sides, kind of reminds me of a few clips of famous action movie heroes (insert Underworld clip here)

 

Reminds me why I made that custom stimpack for the private server in the first place, any avali that injects it becomes a fast running, high jumping, long distance gliding, killing machine for 300 seconds.
(Still not going to divulge the formula, especially the secret ingredient)

Frog people

According to Mollygos they're loosely modeled after tree frogs (In the same way Avali are loosely modeled after dromeosaurids)

 

I see there's no love for our favorite carnivorous planet folk

Interesting fact there... also that very last Raptor... holy shit that's a big Raptor... Bigger than any species I've seen in the fossil record.

Aaalso, now I've got it in my head. An Avali or two taking down giant beasts Monster Hunter-style. Set to Rules of Nature, of course.

 

I actually didn't have one. I had one character of each race and played each about the same.

Then again that would explain a lot of what happens when non-Avali species screw with the stims, machines programmed to recognize Avali physiology injected into a human may become quite confused and do some unorthodox tissue 'repair' resulting in more than mere discomfort.

Actually, that made me think of the hypothetical poor sod who gets transformed into an Avali and then subjected to the whole metal collar schtick...

 

It would be incident 169 all over again, but painfully slowly. The amount of nanomachines you could safely fit into solution that small wouldn't just reprint your body, probably take days, weeks, months, depending on how often the unfortunate individual injects themselves.
*shudders*

 

So in an attempt at successfully drawing an avali (that was a joke, ha ha, fat chance), I have arrived at the conclusion that anatomy in general is hard (shocker) and Ryu deserves cookies for beating it into submission.

No the largest on the chart Ryuu linked isn't that Raptor, that one is the second largest on the chart, the largest is the Utahraptor which is the largest species of Raptor in the fossil record to date. I didn't recognize it at first because of the feathers because I've forgotten that recently Paleontologists have been finding evidence that many of the raptor species have feathers. (or for that matter a lot of dino species in general.
