RELEASED Avali Race Mod, The second thread!

I'm gladly watching for the updated version. I'd like to see what Ryuujin does with the raptors that once were my main char type in Koala. however... There is a bigger reason I watch and my old server I ran had a few rather.. Devoted Avali.. and when I get the new pack made for my private server I'd like to tell them that thier little raptors will beable to be reborn anew..

Edit: *hides a pile of C4 and a broken train*... Don't know if that was a wise plan to put two hundred fifty tons of C4 on the Hype trains tracks... but I know what to call that C4.... "Brakes"

Good to see Ryu is still around, and the community is just as interested in it as before.

I see so many great projects get abandoned, it's a real concern for me.

I can beta test, I have bad luck, so I'll find all the bugs. If you have beta testers of course.

 

You and me both! I've beta tested so many games and MMO's it's not funny. It seemed like all the bugs were drawn to me that no one else could ever find...I have the worst possible luck like that

 

Guys, you need to let the thread rest a bit and wait for Ryu to say something when he's better and less busy. Last time he posted was like three pages ago.
Give the man some time to recover and work his magic before asking more about the mod .

Welp, first post on the forums since I joined the community last year. I'm an avali player like you guys, and an artist as well! I'll be drawing my character, Rin Ember, later this month, hopefully. I'll post it on here when I'm done! Also, I use a pen and paper to draw it, then scan it and color it on my PC. Sadly, I don't have anything but paint dot net, so I have to make due. If you want to add me to play, my steam's coldshotzero. The nickname will be "Rairi the Wandering Basitin ライリー". I'd post this in the General Chat for the mod, but it's inactive.

That's great, Avali were my race of choice in early 2014!
I look forward to playing as an adorable ball of deadly fluff again.

 

I can't wait to see this mod updated to upbeat giraffe! Avali were the #1 modded race next to #2 peglaci modded race that I really enjoyed playing back in the Koala days.

If we're showing our avali characters off, I have ref-sheet my hylotl-turned-avali I drew up.I also got so awesome badges commissions done of her last Anthrocon. But anyway, poor Umi Iza, my somewhat unfortunate Cook/Xenobiologist.

 

Very well done! She looks very cool! If only it were possible to make her a custom avali character model we could use. I think hyrbids are an interesting idea. I was thinking of a half avali/half glitch one kinda like a cyborg avali who escaped from being assimilated by his/her captors.
